|Recommended: YesAwesome Community — From the day one , I was really happy with the way the management helped me. I have never seen such a friendly management. I appreciate Roz and her team. My things and my car arrived before me and they took the responsibility to carefully deliver and place it in the garage. I have lived in so many different apartment community and i have never seen such responsible and friendly management. They maintain a good standard and they understand their customers. Am a bachelor and my work restricts me to come home to get the furnitures delivered , but the management helps me to get things done without my presence.They are always ready to help. It is a calm and beautiful place with friendly neighbors and it is in the hot spot on the transit road. And i need to mention, this is not a 100 retirement community, it is a mixed group of friendly neighbors.

|Recommended: YesProperty And Townhouse Are Excellent — So far our expectations of Stonegate have been met. We have been here for a little over two months. The staff, grounds and facilities are excellent. We were a little apprehensive moving from a large house to a smaller Townehouse but the transition has been great. The neighborhood and neighbors have made us feel welcome...

|Recommended: YesExperience At Stonegate — Moved to a lower unit with two covered porches about six weeks ago with my Springer Spaniel. It is delightful, easy on the eye, I feel safe walking my dog at any hour of the day....My place has more than enough room and the H floor plan offers three spacious living areas...It feels open...and I am enjoying each room. The kitchen, laundry room, pantry and large closets are a real plus, and the attached garage has ample room for storage. You will find Roz in the office to be accommodating no matter what the request or comment, always service with a smile . I just love it here and don't miss my home at all, and the neighbors are friendly, but you are able to keep your privacy if you want. Thanks Stonegate

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place To Live... — It is very quite and safe place to live with very friendly staff and neighbors. The rent is not expensive at all given everything you enjoy. Thanks to hard working ground maintenance staff, I didn't have to worry a thing during the heavy snow due to a lake effect a few months ago. I would strongly recommend Stonegate Apartment to any of my friends.

The staff here is great, issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance is professional and does the best job! The apartment layout feels like a home rather than an apartment.
