|Recommended: YesStonegate Is Well-Managed Because Of Roslyn And Wayne. — Roslyn, Community Manager, is actively engaged in providing weekly events for the residents along with her other management responsibilities. Where Roz finds so much energy every week to fulfill these tasks is amazing to me Yet she is never too busy to answer questions and is always pleasant. How blessed Stonegate is that Roslyn manages our Community.
Wayne manages the Maintenance team that keeps our Community so well maintained throughout the year. Oh and the 24 7 emergency maintenance is in effect. One saturday, a day after our area received an 8 snow fall, my heating system stopped working. I called Stonegate's emergency number and Wayne called me within minutes, arrived at my apartment on the same day and restored the heat. So Wayne not only manages his team but he is also a hands on maintenance guy.
So thank you to Roslyn and Wayne for helping to make living at Stonegate a pleasant experience. Yes, I would recommend Stonegate.

The units are wonderful with upgrades of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new flooring in the kitchen and dining room, updated bathroom fixtures and countertops, etc., all adding to the feeling of a home vs. an apartment. Private entries and an attached garage are two additional positive features.
The location is close to shopping, cinemas, parks, etc. neighbors are friendly, and there are a variety of activities to participate in depending on your interests. Having a fitness center on the property is a big plus.
The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional and always there with a smile. Roz's door is always open and she is never too busy to answer a question. Wayne and Mike of the maintenance staff are nothing short of outstanding work orders are addressed in a timely manner. Snow removal is the most efficient I have ever experienced in my near 6 decades of snowy winters.
Not a day goes by that I am not thankful I chose to make StoneGate my home.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place To Live — I like to live at Stonegate. The property is well maintained and the staff members are all friendly and very helpful. The buildings are kept in good repair. The location is so convenient . i t is quiet and the surroundings are safe. The residents are nice and get along with each other . There are many activities for anyone who chooses to participate. These apartments are like little houses . We have our own laundry facilities, attached garage and private patios. Neighbors seem to care about neighbors and are alert and aware of each others needs.
