She is a definite credit to your company and this community. She is super efficient, helpful, polite, And has amazing people skills that help her deal with all the daily challenges of her job.
She is also an amazing hostess Chef and serves up superb well organized meals whether it be weekly Friday morning breakfasts, or parties for special occasions.

|Recommended: YesExtra Effort By Phil And Carlos Above And Beyond Expectations — I needed repair of the kitchen faucet and all the windows that were too difficult for me to open. Phil and Carlos not only fixed all the windows and installed a very nice kitchen sink faucet. But in addition I received the bonus of having straight blinds. They had to take them down to adjust the windows and when they put them back up they were all straight I hadn't been using them due to them looking so uneven in any other position except all the way to the window sill. In addition, Phil suggested that they added some flooring to my under sink area. The previous tenant used something that stripped away the surface leaving large areas of missing finish under the sink. Even though this was an area that only I could see, I could not clean it due to the rough surface. It looks great now and is so easy to clean. I also mentioned that one of the vertical blind slats was broken at the top and I never closed them because of the hole. Carlos got a spare vertical blind and put it in place. Now I can open and close these blinds too. What they accomplished in the two timely visits is very much appreciated and totally unexpected. I cannot thank them enough.

|Recommended: YesIt’s been a year since we moved in and a big lifestyle change for us. But I have to say it’s been a great year. The community here is so friendly and welcoming. The 1 assist is Roz, Stonegates manager. She is so giving and does so much for all the residents that live here. We could not manage without her. Another extraordinary person is Phil head of maintenance. So kind and is always there to help. The only complaint would be that we have a lovely 2 bedroom apartment but the second bedroom has no closets so it’s not really a bedroom. We made it a den, paying for a 2 bedroom.

We worked through the issues with ease. My move in was smooth and easy. Roz is the best property manager I have ever worked with, and Stonegate is lucky to have her. The Maintenance crew of Phil and Jesse should also be noted as being some of the best of class. There were a few very minor issues when we moved in, and they were taken care of instantly . We are so happy to have found a place where the management and maintenance crew truly care for and about the tenants. We feel more like family than just tenants.

|Recommended: YesGrowing Old At Stonegate — I moved into Stonegate eleven years ago with my husband. He passed away a couple of years later, but I stayed here. I loved the house and the memories. Roz Marcus became our director a few months after we moved in and she is the best thing that has ever happened to Stonegate.
Apartment living has been a huge part of my married life and Stonegate is, without a doubt, the best of the best.
Since I have been widowed, the people who live here and manage here have become my second family and my best friends.
The best thing that I can say about Stonegate is that it a wonderful place to grow old. We all have to grow old some time and I can't think of a better place in which to do it.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — We have lived here for 3 years. Our apartment is just right for us. It is clean and quiet, with considerate and friendly neighbors. I really enjoy the gas range, in-unit laundry hookup, and attached single-car garage.
The location couldn't be better. The complex is located behind another apartment complex, a couple of hundred yards from any public roads. This gives it a very safe, quiet, rural feeling but we are within 12 minutes of ALL our doctors, two Wegman's, Target, Walmart, Eastern Hills Mall, BJs and lots of restaurants and other services. The hospital where my wife had her hip replacement is 11 minutes away, and the nursing facility where she spent her rehab is across the street from the Stonegate property entrance.
We have a 2-bedroom apartment, but the second bedroom has no closet, so I would call it a 1-bedroom with a den or small dining room .The main bedroom accommodates our king-sized bed and has a walk-in closet and an alcove we use for two clothes bureaus.
When we have called maintenance on weekdays for a shower faucet issue and a dishwasher issue, the problems were fixed within 2 hours. We also had an after-hours HVAC issue, and the technician arrived within an hour of our call. I can't swear that all problems are handled this quickly, but this has been my experience over the past 3 years. Maintenance personnel are competent, friendly, and respectful.
Roz, who manages the property, is a gem. All property managers like to give the impression that they care about the welfare of residents, but I believe that Roz really does.
Wow! What a nice way to start my Monday morning after vacation. Thank you for the compliments, I am so happy that you have made Stonegate your home.
