|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Loving Stonegate — These are the nicest, most well-maintained apartments I have ever lived in And even though they are just a short drive to numerous stores and restaurants, there is no traffic noise.
Roz, the Community Manager, is phenomenal in communicating any pertinent information and maintenance needs are taken care of promptly and respectfully.
It’s a quiet, beautiful, friendly community and I count myself extraordinarily fortunate to live here

The one thing I would change would have residences pay for valet garbage
who need it I never use it the dumpsters are across the street. Give us a choice please.
I'm glad that you are happy with your choice to live at Stonegate! The Trash Valet is valuable for the majority of our Residents and the 3rd party company requires 100% participation. Please take advantage of the free recycling bags that are in the leasing office.
|Recommended: NoNice Layout But Too Noisy — The layout is nice and I certainly appreciate the garage. It’s disappointing that I can hear much too much of the neighbors above and next door. There doesn’t seem to be any sound insulation. Floor has “stains” that couldn’t be hand buffed out.
The main reason I wouldn’t recommend the apartments is what you hear through the walls and ceiling.
