|Recommended: NoOur Year Lease Almost Over And Many Problem Has Not Solved Yet — Didn’t had a break in this Appartment a problem after another .no help from the office always a smile in our face but no help to solve the real issue and they might solve them after some years and tenants .

|Recommended: YesGary And Tammela Bailey — Been here a month so far it’s been a great experience The only reason 3 stars for noise is because the front door slams shut constantly. We love that you have so many things for the residents to participate in. Love the weekly jokes, recipes,and hacks. Looked at several apartments before deciding on this one and we are glad we did.

I will have maintenance address the front door to the building. We had new insulated building doors put on all the buildings a year ago, and sometimes they may need adjustment. |Recommended: YesWindsong — The maintenance staff is awesome The location is great My only complaint is parking my side has 4 apartments and 4 parking spaces but they are always taken by the residents across the street causing us to park where we can’t even see our front door or out on the curb It’s very frustrating with the amount of money we pay to not even be able to park close, especially with groceries and such
Hello Kimberly, I am sorry to hear about your parking situation. Unfortunately, we do not have assigned parking at Windsong Place Apts. If you would like to discuss this further with me, or maybe discuss obtaining a garage close to your apartment, please stop in to the Leasing Office. I am at the office weekdays from 9am until 5:30pm.

|Recommended: YesMostly A Great Place To Live. — Can be noisy at times some people let their dogs poop anywhere and don’t clean up. In my building the UPS, Amazon deliveries get overwhelming and pile up in the hall. That isn’t the fault of the the property staff or maintenance staff. They are all ready to help any time. Love my apartment and my neighbors are friendly and kind.

Unfortunately, some people are not as attentive in taking care of their pets as other residents are. If there is any time you notice someone not picking up after their pet, please notify the office. They truly work hard at making sure you have everything you need and are always readily available to accommodate. The area is perfect for shopping and entertainment.
