submitted by Lakiesha J. - |Recommended: NoMy Experience — It's very clean, although the insect thing is kind of weird. Because I'm seeing spiders. I've never seen before.But this is living out here.I guess.... My only issue is the noise. It's not too bad, but the ceilings. And these apartments are not that strong, because you can hear. Whenever somebody walks and that is my chief complaint Some of it is mainly done most of it is mainly done. Not purposefully, but when you have kids involved, some of it is done purposely. And my only thing is maybe putting people in the right area like if I don't have kids, maybe I shouldn't be near kids. I don't have a problem with that. I'm not really that kid friendly. So therefore the stomping banging and all of that, especially when somebody says something back, you know what's being done on purpose. I'm not one to mince my words or to not say what I have on my mind. So if I'm asked for my honest opinion, then I will give it. And that is my honest opinion... The grounds is kept together and they are here. When you need them as far as maintenance and things like that It's a nice place to live. It really is just everybody, isn't the same nice.

Has a park, pool open during the summer , plenty of parking, dog park, and hosts events throughout the year for the community. Sidewalks that connect Wherle and Main allow for easy access to bus stops. Bus stops within walking distance. A short drive about 5 mins from the airport. Four stars simply because it is so close to the airport flight paths you do hear the noise but it is not constant. Williamsville School Bus pick up and drop off and within walking distance to a daycare center and Erie Community College.

I don't even realize I have neighbors in close proximity as things are very quiet here. More than ample parking available. The staff really do care about their renters and are great to work with.

They have all been super helpful, prompt, understanding, patient. A MAJOR KUO goes out to MINA, who has taken a good deal of her time to assist me in setting up my Spectrum system. Very knowledgeable, capable, understanding of my extensive limitations in this area, and patient with me. She did a great job and went the final mile to get the job done successfully. In addition, in the office Mina always has a cheerful smile and disposition and this goes a long way in client relations. BRAVO to Mina. As well, of course our dear Jill is a heroesse......super understanding, helpful, patient, and explains everything, with the time required. In short, my entry has been as smooth and comforting as expected. I am so appreciative, including to all the boys

Shower in the house sometimes causes noice Water leaks out from the ground in front of garage. I made move-in inspection for 3 times with the leasing office, but no one ever come. On the resident portal, no detailed information about the water fee.

First time through a couple of weeks ago, I walked right out my door to clear sidewalks and a pristine parking lot. Was visiting a friend nearby who recently bought a patio home. It was late afternoon and her complex was a mess. Streets barely passable and her driveway hadn't seen a plow yet. Those that had didn't have clear driveways. Missed spots and encroaching mounds of snow. THANK YOU, Josh and crew I am so happy to be living here.

The ladies at the Leasing office, Linda, Mina and Jill I believe made me feel at home, lile I belong there. I had a few hurdles to jump over with my application and they were always so happy to help, understanding and supportive. It's been only a month since I moved but I'm loving the upkeep and diligence to which everything is handled.

submitted by David K. - |Recommended: YesVery Satisfied — I gave the noise a two 2 star because I can hear everything above my apartment, the front door, car doors and the mail-person slamming each mailbox shut like its a professional pickle-ball tournament. Also, since moving in, I've realized that now that the cleaning smells and fresh smell of paint have subsided that its beginning to smell like ammonium cat urine likely from previous tenants. It's not over-bearing but its definitely not myself or my dog. Otherwise things are great- 5 stars.
