|Recommended: YesService Department Review — Today we had a visit from Charles Johnson, the head of the Service Department. The overhead fan in one of the bedrooms had developed both a wobble and loud squeak. He came and assessed the problem, decided to return with both a replacement unit if needed, as well as tools required for any possible repair. Upon his return 10 minutes later, he was able to identify the single reason for the 2 symptoms, and within 10 minutes, the fan was restored to quiet and still functionality. CJ was professional, courteous, and more than competent further, he is always a friendly and cheerful presence around the building. He's an asset to Trico

Only complaint is things feel very highly regulated, this has its positives and negatives - positive because it feels very safe, but on the downside feels like there are so many rules, restrictions and regulations where every move is being watched and micromanaged. Other than this, I have had an overall amazing experience living here and would highly recommend.
