|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments And Great Place To Live — Autumn Creek is a great community to live in, and is extremely convenient to everything. The residents are great, and the staff works hard to help however the can. My only complaint is parking, as there is no way to enforce when people bring several guests over in multiple cars. Guests really should not park in the spots set aside for residents. Outside of that, this is a fantastic apartment community

|Recommended: YesYou Get What You Pay For — Autumn Creek will be on the high end of rents for the Buffalo area my wife and I didn't know this coming from the West Coast where this rate was a steal But after a little bit of buyers remorse after learning about the area we really enjoy our time here. Clean and well maintained, proactive staff, quick responses to maintenance, no parking worries, great central area along transit.
If we weren't looking for a house we would have no problem continuing to live in Autumn Creek

The maintenance staff are great especially when it snows. The pool and clubhouse are great extras to use. Very comfortable place to live for the price.

Hi Andy, I am terribly sorry that you feel that way. After reading your review it prompted us to double check on our pricing with similar communities in the area and as a result, we feel very strongly that for the additional space, tech package and high-speed internet, not to mention the pool and fitness center that you utilize every day, we are right in line with the area. Please keep in mind the great school district that your children are able to attend by living in this community as well as that sports court that your son likes so much!

|Recommended: YesClean — Very expensive, can find places around Buffalo for a lot cheaper. It would be nice if the student discount were more since being in graduate school money is very limited. The gym needs a lot of updating, the equipment is very old.
Hi Stephanie, We know how graduate school can be a major expense that is one reason Autumn Creek has been offering a discount to the students of the University of Buffalo. I am sorry that it doesn't fit in your budget. I am happy that our gym gets used daily, we see it so busy all the time and sometimes there are 5 or more people in there at a time. Some of the equipment was just updated in 2016. We will keep an eye on it. Thanks for sharing.
