|Recommended: YesNice Area, Close To Everything — Just off of Transit, close anything you could possibly need. Pretty quiet area set off of the road, lots of families and dogs in the community. There's a dog park, a new spa for washing your dog so you don't have to use your own bathroom. There's a small gym with a few machines as well as a beautiful clubhouse space. I'm hoping to utilize it once COVID passes.

|Recommended: YesWe are very happy here at Autumn Creek and know we made the right Choice when we decided to downsize. I can't say enough about the staff. Maintenance goes above especially Alex. When we call with a issue he is here so fast it's impressive. One day I decided to pull the stove out and sweep under it but then I couldn't push it back. I called the office for help and Alex was here in minutes. The office staff are always willing to help. Always kind and friendly with upbeat attitudes. We are grateful for the staff here and look forward to many more years with them.

|Recommended: YesA Bit Pricy But Nice Community. — The apartments are nice inside. The community feels like a very safe place to live. I feel like when they add new amenities they are misleading about them though. When trash valet was introduced it seemed like there was no extra cost, but in the lease renewal they are now all of a sudden are charging for it when we don't even like to utilize it. We prefer to just carry our trash to the dumpster, so we wish this was optional since we do not find it convenient. Also they increased the speed of the internet and that added extra cost to the rent unexpectedly. I wish the technology package through spectrum were also optional because we would prefer to have Verizon fios, but spectrum works for now. On a positive note, whenever there is a maintenance problem they fix the problem in a very timely manner and the maintenance men are very kind I see us staying here for a few years.

|Recommended: YesAutumn Creek Is Beautiful, Safe And Well Maintained. — I have loved living at Autumn Creek. My son and I have felt very safe, and the staff has always been extremely accommodating. There are so many wonderful amenities we have enjoyed as well. The grounds are well maintained as is the apartment. Having a young son I was concerned about the noise level that apartments sometimes bring, however there was virtually none. We have really enjoyed living in this community.

|Recommended: YesOverall A Great Property And Location — The staff has been great at answering questions and getting back to me - very attentive. The only issue I had was that I could not use all of the cable outlets for Spectrum as some were still assigned to Direct TV and all efforts to change that through everyone failed. It would have been good to know which outlets were useable prior to placing furniture.
Thank you for your suggestions & I'm sorry the cable outlet that you wanted to use was not available. Unfortunately, at times past residents take it upon themselves to use another cable provider and it seems that this was the case in your apartment.
