|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Nice roomy floor plan. Held up very well during the big snow storm. Ideally located close to all sorts of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and hospitals. Reasonably close to a freeway as well.
Needs to improve on package handling. Packages left in the office were lost. Package carrier confirmed it was signed for but the package was still lost.
Thanks for your great comments...we do have an excellent location close to everything and our Maintenance Team has worked tons of hours making sure our community is as snow free as possible. I'm sorry about your package. With the onset of the Resident Portal we now have a Parcel Delivery Program for us to keep track of all incoming packages as well as to notify you when a package arrives.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment In Buffalo Suburbs — Even though the rent is on the higher side, Everything else is great about this place ! Very close to Grocery stores, schools, hospitals and workplace.
Maintenance team is really awesome. They completed all my requests within an hour of submitting the issue on their portal.
Never had any problems with automatic rent payment, Leasing office is great, Free Wi-Fi, Business Room with Printers, Fax and couple of system to work !
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to live off the crowded area.
