|Recommended: YesVery Nice, But A Little Pricey — These apartments are great. A lot of houses we have looked at aren't as big as the apartments here. That being said, it is expensive to live in these apartments. With reason, of course. Great school area, easy access to both the highway and Transit Rd. Most apartments seem overpriced to me anyway. But that's just my opinion. The place is well run, and the snow cleanup crew is pretty decent. Maintenance staff is very quick and efficient when called. My 2 main complaints are the parking by our apartment and the noise from French Rd. There are 3 spaces on our side of the drive, which are nearly always taken. Plus the other side fills up very quickly because of the buildings on that side. I've had to park as far away as the other side of the next building over before, which is no small walk when you live on the far end of your building. Also, the noise from traffic from being so close to French Rd means that we can't really use our porch, because we can't hear eachother talking even, and sometimes the sound of the cars wakes me up on the weekends. Insulation between buildings seems to be decent, and we can only hear our neighbors if they are being excessively loud or if their dogs will not stop barking...for hours...daily . I like that there is the buy a house, get out of your lease clause in the lease agreements.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property Were Very Happy Here, And So Is Our Dog — We love living here, we've only been here since July but it is a nice community. The apartment is spacious, and the in house laundry is a great feature In the community you eventually, get to meet people and know people which is a nice feeling The parking is limited, that is our only complaint, overall we love living here and enjoy our apartment and the grounds here Our dog definitely enjoys the dog park and the fact that I walk her more, because we feel safe here inside this community which is a big factor for us Staff here is great too Definitely nice change, from our last apartment complex

Like any community, you can't pick your neighbors However, the staff and support is professional and very helpful. Issues are with people and their animals. Some residents just don't understand how to cohabitate in an upscale community setting. That is an issue which is not a direct reflection on the management and the staff. Some folks just don't understand the definiton of public domain

I love the private entrances. Gives you a feeling of like a single family home. Also, it's so. Ice to be able to have our dogs with us.
