|Recommended: YesI Love It Here — Living at Autumn Creek Apartments has been awesome so far. I really love the unit. Any issues with it are fixed almost as soon as I put the maintenance request in -- the maintenance crew is great. The fact that cable is bundled with the rent is a really great bonus. It's also fairly quiet here. My surrounding neighbors are overall respectful of noise. I love the family feel at Autumn Creek. The Resident Portal makes it easy to pay rent online. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I know it's super far in advance, but I already plan on renewing my lease here. I never want to leave.

They were very patient, kind, and informative. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained and taken care of. The maintenance staff is phenomenal. I would recommend this community to anyone. You can't beat beautiful apartments, friendly staff, and the location. Autumn Creek really is a true gem in the heart of East Amherst.

We have made many friends and so has our little dog Parker especially his girlfriends in the office Our apartment is beautiful and with the many windows the natural lighting makes you feel happy. we love all the activities that are planned for us, there's always something to look forward to. We enjoy the heated pool which is always kept clean . We love our manager Jean ..you can talk to her about anything she is always very open for ideas and friendly .. you can tell she wants the best for us residents . our Maintenance team led by Jeff is great if you have any maintenance issue it is taken care of right away. We love it here

|Recommended: YesLoving Life — We are very happy here. It has been 8 months since we moved in. Winter life was excellent, walks were plowed and salted.plowing was done as best as possible. It could have been better if tenants would follow the rules of moving cars in a timely manner.
Noise level from the second floor tenant has been unexcepable at times. They slam doors, children throw toys over the upper railing onto the front of my patio. Lots of jumping around from the two toddlers and multiple friends that are visiting.
These issues are not due to any miss management of Autumn Creek. These tenants are just very inconsiderate. I certainly would recommend living in this wonderful community. We have made many friends who have enriched our time here. Looking forward to summer and enjoying our time at the pool. Our patio will be the social circle of summer fun
