The furry residents of Windsong make us smile every day, whether they are stopping by the office to sneak a treat or being social at our Yappy Hour events. Our dog park that now has night lights, (thanks to your suggestion) is such a fun place to stop by when I am traveling through the property. Our staff always appreciates a shout out from our residents.

|Recommended: YesNice And Comfortable Living — Friendly and family oriented environment, with open green space, and extra amenities i.e., club, swimming pool, gym , and good management and administration staff.
Some of the equipment and appliances are of lower quality specifically, kitchen faucet and refrigerator .
We are in the first floor, and continuously hear the second floor noise walking, running appliance, or simply loud noise of closing and opening doors .
Bahman, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We always appreciate hearing what our residents think and feel about living in our community. It gives us great insight as to the opportunities we have to improve and impress our residents like the brand new windows and roofs we just installed. Many of our apartments have also been upgraded to include; stainless steel appliances and plank flooring. As a manager, I always welcome talking with our residents if they encounter any issues that I can address and resolve for them if possible. As a community, we strive to remember we live in close proximity to our neighbors and friends with the idea to respect each other even if it needs a reminder once in awhile.

The maintenance staff is particularly noteworthy, as they respond to every call immediately. The office staff is very accessible. We would recommend Windsong Place.

|Recommended: YesWorth Every Penny — When i moved to Windsong Place apartments i was under the impression that i was paying too much rent compares to other rental in Buffalo area after living in this community for 3 month i'm happy to say the rent i pay is worth every penny for the relaxation and feeling of home i get from living in these apartments.
